  • Strategic Leadership: I bring extensive experience as a SENDCO, having collaborated with multiple local authorities to improve outcomes for diverse learners.

  • Legal Advocacy: I have completed IPSEA training in SEND Law, ensuring my practice is rooted in a deep understanding of statutory rights and entitlements.

  • Specialist Coaching: I am a qualified Neurodiversity Coach, dedicated to empowering individuals and teams through a strengths-based approach.

  • Autism Specialist: As an Autism Education Trust (AET) Autism Advocate, I am passionate about neuro-inclusive practice.

  • Sustainable Impact: I hold a Fellowship in Teacher Education, where my research and practice focus on how to embed meaningful, sustainable change within school cultures rather than settling for "quick fixes."

Beyond the Classroom

When I’m not advocating for inclusive education or mentoring fellow teachers, I’m kept on my toes by my two teenage children and a very precious (and likely spoiled) fur baby. Balancing the world of education with the chaos of family life keeps me grounded and serves as a constant reminder of why the work we do in schools matters so much.
