Support with initial EHCNA application
Using your completed background form and supporting evidence, I will create a detailed application letter for requesting an EHC Needs Assessment. This letter will clearly outline your child or young person’s needs and explain how they meet the legal criteria for an assessment.
Cost: £225 (includes processing of up to 3 professional reports. Additional reports can be included at a cost of £60 per report).
Refusal to assess appeal
I will complete the SEND35A form to appeal to SENDIST following the local authority’s refusal to assess. Using your original assessment request and any additional evidence, I will support you to demonstrate why your child or young person meets the legal criteria for an EHC Needs Assessment.

Draft EHCP check
I will review your draft EHCP in detail to ensure it is legally compliant, includes all relevant information from supporting reports, and that Section F clearly sets out specific, quantified provision.
Findings will be presented in a report to support the request for amendments in a format which will support the local authority to make necessary changes seamlessly.
