From chaos to clarity: Personalised coaching for unique thinkers.

What is Neurodiversity Coaching?

For many individuals, after living with neurological differences, it can feel like a relief to receive a neurodiversity diagnosis. For others, it is the beginning of a new journey as they find themselves armed with new information but with little practical help regarding daily lived experiences and strategies. Neurodiversity coaching empowers neurodivergent individuals through a collaborative, strengths-based approach. It supports in the development of practical, neuro-affirming adaptations, enhancing strengths, and implementing supportive strategies to thrive by recognising individual profiles.

Key aspects of coaching

  • Key areas of improvement include executive function (organisation, prioritisation), communication, workplace relationships, and managing burnout
  • It uses a neuro-affirming framework, treating neurological differences as natural variations rather than disorders to be "fixed".
  • We can work on personal or career development, helping clients identify their unique strengths and create "tiny experiments" to achieve goals.
  • Benefits include increased self-awareness, improved confidence, better work-life balance, and enhanced productivity.

The Practicalities

Coaching is usually offered remotely through either video call, telephone call or online chat, depending on your preferences.

Session frequency can be tailored to the individual. Most clients prefer a gap of at least two weeks to enable to them to try out new strategies and enable them to review, reflect and make adaptations if required in the next session. Most people will need a minimum of 4 sessions and a maximum of 20. Some people prefer to have a course of sessions and then a check-in at a later point to revisit or modify strategies. This is your journey and you choose the path you wish to take.
